MIA launches digital magazine for travelers
Miami International Airport is giving travelers a new guide to the airport and the larger community.
MIA Connections, the airport’s digital magazine, launched Wednesday in partnership with HCP/Aboard Publishing, the custom publishing arm of the Miami Herald.
Available in English and Spanish online at www.MIAConnex.com, the magazine highlights restaurants, stores, attractions and entertainment venues in the airport and outside its walls. Travelers can access the publication free using MIA’s Wi-Fi.
The first issue includes stories about art at the airport, notable architecture in Miami-Dade, nature-focused spots to visit and hot spots to see in Little Havana. New issues will be released quarterly.
