‘Bachelor’ star Matt James is living his best fit life in Miami. He has one cheat meal
From “The Bachelor” franchise to fitness coach in Miami.
Matt James has set down a few stakes in the Magic City and wants to help you keep it tight.
On Monday night, the 30-year-old reality star led a HIIT (high intensity interval training) class at the new Sentral Wynwood.
After the sweat session in the sixth floor lounge, James chilled at the adjoining infinity pool at the stylish building that offers short and long term apartments, many furnished by rocker Lenny Kravitz.
“Pools should be on roofs,” James said while taking in downtown’s majestic, crane-dotted skyline.
The Raleigh, North Carolina native is living his best fit life in Miami, starting each day with an early morning workout, protein shake (banana, berries, dates and peanut butter powder) and checking out the boho-chic neighborhood with gf Rachael Kirkconnell, whom he met on the ABC dating show.
“I don’t want to pat myself on the back, but I’m patting myself on the back,” James joked. “I put together a great class. Everyone needs to come out.”
Though he keeps things mostly healthy, the Wake Forest alum does admit to a few indulgences in his adopted city.
“Churros at The Taco Stand are my guilty pleasure. They’re fire, the best I’ve had.”
