Poll: Which event in Miami or Miami Beach do you plan to attend this weekend?
There’s a lot going on this weekend. So what are you going to do?
If you don’t already have a ticket, Ultra Musical Festival at Bayfront Park is out. The festival, which celebrates the best of electronic dance music, has been sold out for months. There are other reasons to head downtown, of course: a Miami Heat game on March 26 and performances of the Broadway musical “Anastasia” all weekend.
There’s the beach and spring break, of course, but make sure you know about curfews and rules limiting alcohol sales before you head over.
And if you’re like a lot of us, you don’t want to go anywhere near downtown Miami or Miami Beach. That’s smart. Who wants to deal with traffic? In that case you might drive north to the Miami Open at Hard Rock Stadium to watch some tennis or south to ride some crazy youth fair rides and eat some crazy youth fair food (we’ve got our eye on the giant mozzarella stick). Or you could head to Wynwood and check out the new Museum of Graffiti, take a stroll around Wynwood Walls and grab something to eat at the new outdoor Smorgasburg food market.
So tell us what you’re choosing to do this weekend.
