Amara at Paraiso
What: A three-course dinner at 6:30 p.m. priced at $150 per person, and a four-course dinner at 9:30 p.m. priced at $250. A rooftop party will follow from 10 p.m. until 2 a.m. ($100 per ticket for dinner guests and $150 per ticket for newcomers). What: LIV will host a party with superstar Doja Cat and award-winning DJ and producer Alesso on New Year’s Eve at the Fontainbleau’s oceanfront poolscape. Premium admission tickets start at $299, and private tables range from $5,000 to $50,000. All tickets include a premium open bar until midnight.

What: LPM Restaurant and Bar will transport guests to Paris with a Moulin Rouge-themed dinner soiree. The 6 p.m. seating is priced at $250 per person ($150 for guests aged 13 years and under) and includes a welcome glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blanc. The 8:30 p.m. seating is priced at $350 per person ($250 for guests aged 13 years and under) and includes a special menu and a welcome glass of La Grande Cuvée Krug.

The NightGarden at Fairchild
What: Spend the last hours of 2021 marveling at the eye-catching light displays placed throughout Fairchild Botanic Garden. Doors open at 7 p.m. with a fireworks show at 9 p.m. and DJ performances throughout the night. A proper countdown celebration leading to midnight and food/drinks will be available for purchase. Tickets to the New Year’s Eve party cost $44 for adults and $34 for children.

What: The Sweet Liberty pop-up at the Shelborne South Beach will host a tiki-themed New Year’s Eve party complete with fire dancers and live music by DJ Retro Kid. The party will run from 8 p.m. until 2 a.m. Admission is complimentary, and guests will enjoy a champagne toast at midnight.
