Summer. COVID-19 pandemic. Hurricane season.

Have you ever needed a massage this badly?

No, you have not. So Miami Spa Months comes at a perfect time.

Part of the Miami Temptations promotions from the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau — which also brings you Miami Spice — Miami Spa Months runs through August and September and means up to 50 percent off treatments at some of the top luxury spas in Miami-Dade County.

The promotion includes almost 20 spas, including Lapis, the Spa at the Fontainebleau; Bamford Wellness Spa at 1 Hotel in South Beach and Acqualina Spa by ESPA in Sunny Isles Beach, which was just named the best hotel spa in the U.S. by USA Today’s 10Best Readers Choice Awards.

The program, now in its 13th year, features such treatments as lymphatic therapy, prenatal and couples’ massages and med spa treatments such as acupuncture detoxes starting at $109. Some spas even offer add-on treatments, if what’s on offer isn’t quite enough to restore your equilibrium. That’s between you and your credit card.

Like the Miami Spice promotion, which started early this year due to the coronavirus pandemic, Miami Spa Months runs through Sept. 30. All spas are vetted to make sure they adhere to CDC and Miami-Dade County COVID-19 guidelines.
