March always means two things: spring break and Jazz in the Gardens. Celebrating a milestone 10th year as the fastest growing jazz and R&B music festival in the nation, Jazz in the Gardens is expected to be bigger than ever with an all star lineup of R&B heavyweights Toni Braxton and R. Kelly performing on the first night on Saturday, March 21 and Maxwell and Erykah Badu on Sunday, March 22. The signature event for the City of Miami Gardens will be hosted by funny men D.L. Hughley and Rickey Smiley and also features classic performances by Run DMC, Peabo Bryson, Freddie Jackson, Sheila E. and more as well as over 40 exotic food vendors and a vendor marketplace.
The two-day festival at SunLife Stadium is expected to break last year’s records of 68,000 tickets sold with an anticipated 71,000 tickets sold this year. Don’t miss the party! Jazz in the Gardens is March 21 – 22, and tickets are on sale at JazzintheGardens.com.
