Now I’ve got your attention.
If you’re up for experiencing one of the most incredible shows centered around nude art and entertainment, you’re going to want to know about this. Nude Nite is the nation’s largest nude art exhibition, featuring over 200 original works, plus aerial and burlesque performances, stilt walkers, circus acts, body painting and more. And lucky for you, it’s heading to Miami from Nov. 9 through the Nov. 11.
This annual juried art show has been making the rounds for well over a decade, and continues to gain popularity thanks to its unique approach at exhibiting and selling art. Nude Nite began in Orlando in 1997 with the later addition of pop-ups in Tampa and Miami, and this year promises to be another hit. Discover breathtaking works of art (all of which are for sale), then explore the various interactive installations like an oversized Lite-Brite, teeter totters, plus a “Confession Booth” where you can divulge your transgressions to a body-painted pope.

Of special interest is the LGBTQ-focused Transgender Project installation. Here, you’ll find numerous works by Orlando-based photographer John Burke, wherein he recreates popular Norman Rockwell images using transgender models to depict a “new normal” family series. Guests will be invited to consider the significance of gender, all while sitting on gold-plated toilets (because hey, why not?)
Add to this top-of-the-hour burlesque shows, titillating pole performances, and even a magically surreal carnival featuring some of the most fascinating body paint you’ll ever witness, and you can see why so many attend this show year after year. Rest assured you’ll find plenty of Instagrammable opportunities, plus a chance to take some exquisite artwork home for your collection or simply absorb the creativity while enjoying a few cocktails for the eve.
As you might imagine, this event is restricted to guests 21 and over. Tickets are on sale online and will also be available at the door for $20-$30 a pop. For more info, check out www.nudenite.com.
