You can still see Snoop Dogg, even without tickets to Make-A-Wish Ball
The 23rd annual InterContinental Miami Make-A-Wish Ball on Nov. 4 has been sold out for months. But you can still give back while getting down at the InterContinental Miami Make-A-Wish Nightclub presented by E11EVEN MIAMI.
Set to take place on the mezzanine of the InterContinental Miami immediately following the Ball, the after party will kick off with a performance by DJ Snoopadelio – the one and only Snoop Dogg – at a quarter past midnight. After his hour-long set, guests will be treated to a holiday preview fashion show produced by Clif Loftin and Maxwell Blandford in partnership with Saks Fifth Avenue Brickell City Centre.
Oh, and there will be two open bars and VIP bar, of course.
In keeping with the gala’s “Mystical Music Box” theme, a whimsical oasis of Mondrian lines, primary color accents and pop art-inspired decor will transform the mezzanine, paying homage to the intersection of pop, dance, high fashion and style.
“We wanted to transport guests into a mythical world, the underground world of early eighties New York art and fashion,” said Maxwell Blandford, Creative Director of the Nightclub. “For some guests, the Nightclub will feel reminiscent of an era of culture that was edgy, avante-garde and unexpected; for younger guests, it will be an experience to live in a moment that created legends. We have carried Grace Jones and David Bowie inspiration into the Nightclub after party.”
Doors open at 11 p.m. Tickets are $150 via makeawishtickets.org. Make sure to use the code AP07 to get $25 off. If you want to keep the party going into Sunday morning, your wristband will also get you into E11EVEN MIAMI for an “after” after party, also featuring Snoop Dogg.
Proceeds will benefit Make-A-Wish Southern Florida. The organization’s goal is to offer hope and happiness to children with life-threatening medical conditions by granting their wishes.
