Some people are calling it the fight of the century, which is probably what they said before Floyd Mayweather fought an aging Manny Pacquiao in 2015.
But this time the undefeated (49-0) Mayweather is leaving retirement to take on the (arguably) equally abrasive UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor.
Hype intensified at several heated press conferences ahead of the match, which will take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday. Unless you purchased a flight and costly ticket, you won’t be watching the fighters go punch for punch in person. But it’s safe to say, with this many watch parties in town, Miami loves a good fight.
Here’s 22 places to watch Mayweather vs. McGregor:
1. Select movie theaters
AMC and Regal theaters in Aventura, South Beach and South Miami will broadcast the fight on the same giant projector screens as the latest Hollywood blockbusters. The night will begin at 9 p.m. with world champion Steve “U.S.S.” Cunningham who will take on the undefeated Andrew “The Beast: Tabiti for the United States Boxing Association’s cruiserweight title.

2. Xtreme Action Park
This 200,000-square-foot complex is home to an indoor racetrack and bar. On Saturday, Fort Lauderdale’s Xtreme Action Park will host a free watch party from its All American Cafe and Pit Bar, which boasts more than 50 HD televisions. The party begins at 7 p.m.
For those looking for a guaranteed spot, Xtreme Action Park is offering seats in its VIP skyboxes for $35. The ticket upgrade includes food and two free drinks and is for sports fans 21 and up.

3. Jezebel Bar + Kitchen
One of South Beach’s newest lounges, Jezebel will offer bites and cocktails during its watch party. The 2,300-square-foot lounge has a menu that includes lobster on tacos and tuna on pizza from 5 p.m. until 5 a.m. Tables and bottle service should be reserved at firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. Cantina La Veinte
Unmatched views of Biscayne Bay and Brickell Key are this restaurant’s call to fame. On Saturday from 6 p.m. until 1 a.m., Cantina La Veinte will let the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight do all the captivating from two large projector screens. The upscale Mexican restaurant takes up two stories inside Brickell’s luxury condo center, Icon. 5. Booby Trap
With almost three decades in the business, Booby Trap is a favorite among locals. The adult entertainment lounge has cold beer, friendly strippers and on Saturday from 8 p.m. until 11 p.m., will be showing the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight from multiple televisions. The fight will also shown at the Doral location, 5325 NW 77th Ave.
6. Finnegan's Way
Finnegan’s Way is a sports bar feet away from the sands of South Beach. Located on Ocean Drive, it has more than thirty televisions that will show the fight. The watch party begins at 10 p.m.
Downtown Miami’s all-day club is hosting a special watch party for the Mayweather vs McGregor fight, featuring a30 foot LED screen, from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. Admission is $20 for women and $30 for men. Tickets are available here.

River Yacht Club is a little known culinary gem that offers boat access from the Miami River. For the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight, the restaurant will pull out a huge floating LED screen. The party begins at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $30 per person. VIP options are also available.
11. Blackbird Ordinary
A local favorite, Blackbird Ordinary is inviting ladies to watch the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight for free from it’s recently renovated patio. The new air condition will allow guests to comfortably watch the fight on an HD projector. The party begins at 9 p.m. and ends at 5 a.m. Men must pay a $20 cover.
12. Batch Gastropub
Batch Gastropub has locally sourced food with a notable drink menu. On Saturday, it will host a watch party from 8 p.m. until 3 a.m. Early bird tickets start at $25.
13. American Social
American Social will host what many expect to be a packed house Saturday evening during the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight. The restaurant, frequently visited by college students and young professionals, is charging $20 for early bird tickets and $25 general admission for its watch party, which is from 8 p.m. until 1 a.m.
14. King of Diamonds
It’s been mentioned in too many rap lyrics to count and on Saturday, King of Diamonds will add a watch party to its noteworthy adult entertainment. The strip club is a favorite of Floyd “Money” Mayweather, who has spent enough money on strippers to put a dent in the club’s unpaid $5.3 million mortgage.
15. Hard Rock Cafe
Situated right on Biscayne Bay, the Hard Rock Cafe has some of the most accessible waterfront views. The American food joint will host a watch party Saturday starting at 9 p.m. with $50 general admission.
This video game haven, located in the Shoppes at Sunset Place, will let the competition between Mayweather and McGregor play out on screen during a special watch party Saturday from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. General admission tickets are $20.
17. Fado Irish Pub & Restaurant
Often the scene for sport fanatics, Fado Irish Pub & Restaurant will host a watch party for the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight from 7:30 pm. until 2 a.m. Presale tickets are $30. (Try not to fall out the window).

CityPlace Doral, the city’s new dining and entertainment hub, continues to expand with new openings. On Saturday, City Works Eatery & Pour House will host a private watch party from its full bar and outdoor patio starting at 8:30 p.m. The restaurant offers more than 90 varieties of local, international and seasonal brews. This recently opened sports bar was opened by a group of close-knit Miami bros. The intimate space features several large televisions that will show the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight. General admission tickets are $30, while VIP tables cost as much as $1,000. Expect a packed house.
