The pianos and strings have it these next two weeks of classical music concerts

You’ll have to travel to Broward for most of the classical music concerts these next two weeks although there is one in Miami. Debussy, Beethoven, Bach and Chopin are just some of the featured composers.

1. 2017 Master Series

Pianist Ilya Itin performs various pieces by Schubert and Rachmaninoff including Sonata in D Major, D 850, Op.53 and Sonata No. 1 Op. 28. July 28 at 7:30 p.m., Adolfo and Marisela Cotilla Galllery. Tickets $35.

JPianist Francesco Libetta from Italy performs a concert of music by Weber, Chopin, Liszt, Albeniz, Sousa, Debussy and Beethoven. July 29 at 7:30 p.m., Adolfo and Marisela Cotilla Galllery. Tickets $35.

Grand Finale A Celebration of the Piano performance featuring participants in the 2017 Academy of Nova Southeastern University joined by 2016 Concerto Competition Winner Jacob Mason along with faculty members who are Kemal Gekic, Francesco Libetta and Ilya Itin, Miami International Piano Festival artists. July 30 at 5 p.m., Miniaci Performing Arts Center, Tickets $55.
