Baru Latin Bar in Kendall celebrates grand opening on Colombian Independence Day

While it officially opened in March, Baru Latin Bar in Kendall will host its long-awaited Grand Opening bash on Thursday in celebration of Colombian Independence Day, as Colombia is the owner’s favorite travel destination. 

Fiesta-goers will enjoy happy hour prices with half off well drinks until midnight and free Aguardiente shots until 10 p.m. from any of the venue’s three bars. If you’re looking for a more bespoke booze experience, check out Baru’s new and improved cocktail menu, curated by the award-winning bartender group, the Cocktail Cooperative.

The third and largest Baru Latin Bar outpost yet, the massive space will also host a live Vallenato performance. Doors open at 6 p.m. with an official ribbon cutting.
