You may be a member of the Beyhive or know all of the lyrics to anything that Drake touches, but there’s nothing like the 90’s New Jack Swing era of music. With songs like Bel, Biv, Devoe’s Poision, TLC’s Creep, SWV’s Weak in the Knees, and Jodeci’s Come & Talk to Me, there is hands down no comparison between today’s music and the 90’s. And this weekend you can relive your youth with two days of the Miami Funk Fest presented by Pepsi on Friday, December 9 at 6pm, and Saturday, December 10 at 4pm at the Miramar Regional Park.
With last year’s inaugural Miami Funk Fest drawing more than 10,000 fans, the traveling music festival returns for an amazing lineup of some of R&B’s and Hip Hop’s top selling artists form the past two decades. Each day, Funk Fest will feature an explosive mix of 90’s legends and global superstars who include:

In addition to two nights of ‘Funk’, attendees can enjoy over twenty local food vendors. Funk Fest has also partnered with the City of Miramar for the presentation of community recognitions, including the Funk Fest Community Champions Program presented by Sam’s Club and the presentation of $5,000 in scholarships in partnership with Pepsi and Lifting as We Climb.
Shuttle service provide shuttle services from the nearby parking lot located at Everglades High School (17100 SW 48 Court, Miracle) beginning at 3pm on Friday and 1pm on Saturday and running for one full hour after the show. Parking in the shuttle lot is $10 per car and includes round-trip transportation to the concert.
