A Women's Boutique Opens in Coral Gables
Filomena Fernandez is the newest women’s boutique to open in Coral Gables. The shop sells women’s apparel that is inspired by Latin American and Asian cultures. Maritza Fernandez is the brainchild behind the label which is known for its laid-back and whimsical peasant-style blouses, modern wide-leg trousers, loose-fitting knits and dresses. Many of her pieces feature a variety of embellishments from crochet to embroidery to pleats. Lace is also a common feature. The line retails from $150 up to $350 and sizes run from 0 up to 14.
