The Ludlam Trail at AD Barnes Park is making its debut on Saturday with an inaugural bike ride followed by a fall festival from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Kick off the morning two-wheeling it through the trail. Afterward, spend the day enjoying the festival and a pumpkin patch, DJ tunes, bounce house, face painting and food and drinks for sale. Admission is free.

Coconut Grove’s Fashion Arts Music Night, always a welcome monthly event, is Saturday night from 6-9 p.m. Don’t miss the complimentary Kir Royal cocktail at Le Bouchon de Grove. You can catch live music by Three Sheets to the Wind, Arrowhead and Brasoul. Several boutiques will be open. Admission is free.
Busy weekend at the Wolfsonian
Friday nights are always free at the Wolfsonian-FIU on Miami Beach from 6-9 p.m. That’s when you can take a guided tour of the exhibitions and admire the beautiful building. Come back on Sunday for a free concert by the FIU Guitar Jazz Ensemble, led by Tom Lippincott, in a program of standard and contemporary jazz songs. This one’s free, too.
New World Symphony’s Wallcast is back
It’s only fitting that if you’re going to watch a classical music concert on Miami Beach with such close proximity to the water that it be called “Water Music.” The Saturday performance at 7:30 p.m., to be shown on the wall, is being conducted by Paul Goodwin and features “Ebb and Flood” by Teleman and “Water Music” by Handel. Admission is free and arriving early is recommended.
Grub and tunes on late nights at Flamingo Gardens
Bring your appetite because the list of food trucks at the First Friday Food Trucks event at Flamingo Gardens in Davie is long. From 5-9 p.m. you can pick from barbecue, Argentinian fare, Mexican, Asian, Greek, Caribbean, hot dogs and more. While you eat, enjoy the music by DJ Digital Anarchy. The colorful flora and fauna of the gardens make a nice backdrop.
