What We Had: When a Michael Schwartz restaurant rolls out a Miami Spice Menu, you run to make a reservation. We started our meal with a refreshing charred carrot and avocado salad (made with both orange and purple carrots), goat cheese, cilantro and toasted pumpkin seeds for that extra crunch. One of Amara’s most loved dishes, the Arroz Verde, is offered during Miami Spice. A poached egg, romesco mushroom escabeche, avocado and cucumber are all mixed together for ultimate flavor. We finished our meal with the Buttermilk Dark Chocolate Cake drizzled with a chipotle chile chocolate sauce.
