There’s a new hangout spot opening in Wynwood, and it’s poised to become Miami’s first “underground Latina vintrash bar,” according to the team behind it. Vintrash, if you didn’t already know, refers to decor that involves using a hodgepodge of recycled “trash” as decoration, a-la pawnshop.
Helmed by entertainment and gastronomic gurus Nicolas Hoyos, Catalina Monsalve, Beto Perez and Jaquelina Zingalez, El Patio aims to offer guests a one-of-a-kind Latin-inspired experience that combines artistic decor, expertly curated Latin entertainment and unique artisanal cocktail offerings. The 3,500 square foot venue will also sport a soundtrack focused on Latin Beats, Salsa Vintage, Reggaeton, Champeta, Cumbia Funk and Pacific Vibes.
