Dolce & Gabbana Rag & Bone, Proenza Schouler, Rodarte — when it comes to fashion, often times, two heads can be better than one. Consider Miami-born-and-raised Regina Arriola Cauff and Miamian-by-way-of-London Iman Hasan Miami’s newest fashion coupling when it comes to branding. Over the past year, the duo have teamed up and created RAC — an all-encompassing agency for fashion labels. From social media impressions to public relations to creating lookbooks to styling photo shoots, RAC offers these services for its fashion and beauty clients.
“I wanted to be a part of a fully functioning fashion agency and there was nothing like that in Miami on a national or a global scale. Regina and I shared the same vision, which was 360-degree approach to branding. We loved the idea of taking both of our skills and putting them together,” RAC Partner Hasan says of the business’ genesis.

Using a boutique-style approach toward their portfolio, Cauff and Hasan pride themselves on personalization. “I never want to lose sight of our specialized approach toward our business,” RAC Founder Cauff says, “The personal relationships we’ve nurtured with the brands and people we work with are why we have thrived. I hope that we can stay true to that ethos while growing on a global scale,” Cauff adds.
Growing the business on a worldwide scale is the goal. A New York-based office is currently in the works. Fueled by a pure passion for the rough-and-tumble world of fashion (and a few Turkish coffees from Mandolin Aegean Bistro), Hasan makes no qualms about her 24/7 work ethic. “I don’t drive to the office. I take an Uber or Lyft so I can work from the backseat — it’s highly efficient!” she says.
While Hasan is more high energy (Read: the Energizer Bunny may have a tenacious time keeping up with her) and Cauff exudes a calm and cool demeanor, it’s clear the duo is well-balanced pairing. Hasan says, “Regina is the ying to my yang. We compliment eachother. She’s the ‘details’ and I’m the big picture. It’s like a production together and our opposites create harmony.”
Their goal? To place the Magic City on the fashion map. Boasting a pastiche of clients from the States and Latin America, Hasan adds, “Together, Regina and I have proven that Miami is a fashion capital in its own right.”
