‘Motown The Musical’

Miami International Map Fair

Back for the 23rd year, this fair offers antique maps, rare books, panoramas, globes and atlases from dealers from around the globe. 

Art Wynwood 

Feb. 11-15 

Where: Art Miami Pavilion, 3101 NE First Ave., Miami 

Art Wynwood brings together 70 international galleries presenting emerging, cutting edge, contemporary and modern works. The fair also highlights street art, murals, pop surrealism and other contemporary movements. 

Miami International Boat Show & Strictly Sail 

Feb. 11-15 

Where: Miami Marine Stadium Park & Basin, 3501 Rickenbacker Causeway, Miami 

The giant boat show gets a brand new venue and gives the seafaring a chance to sign up for seminars, stock up on gear and gadgets and get up to date on the latest innovations in maritime technology.

Miami City Ballet: Year of the Rabbit 

Feb 12-14

Miami City Ballet’s Program III includes Justin Peck’s acclaimed “Year of the Rabbit,” Paul Taylor’s “Sunset” and Balanchine’s “Bourree Fantasque.” 

Florida Renaissance Festival 

Feb. 13-March 27 

Where: Quiet Waters Park, 401 S. Powerline Rd., Deerfield Beach 

Travel back in time to the days of kings, queens, knights and jesters at this annual festival with artisans, performers, jousting knights, wandering minstrels, magicians and characters entertaining the crowds, and all the medieval-style fun and games throughout the event.

Moonlight & Music Valentine Day’s Concert 

Feb. 14 

Where: Deering Estate at Cutler, 16701 SW 72nd Ave., Miami 

This year’s concert will feature Johnny Rodgers, an internationally celebrated singer-songwriter, pianist, music ambassador, Broadway star and recording artist providing a guided musical tour of pop, blues, soul and jazz.

Coconut Grove Arts Festival 

Feb. 13-15 

Where: Along the streets o

f McFarlane Road, South Bayshore Drive and Pan American Drive in Coconut Grove 

Coconut Grove gets invaded by hundreds of artists who set up shop along a one-mile stretch to offer fine arts and quality crafts at this festival that draws thousands of locals and tourists in search of unique art work. The event also features family fun activities, live music and food from around the world.

Zoetic Stage is producing another Stephen Sondheim masterwork, the unlikely love story of a handsome soldier and the lonely, ailing woman who will stop at nothing to win his heart.

Under the direction of Robert Battle, the acclaimed dance troupe returns to Miami with three different programs featuring their most celebrated selections including Mr. Battle’s “Awakening,” Judith Jamison’s sultry duet “A Case of You,” Rennie Harris’ electrifying “Exodus,” and many more. Alvin Ailey’s “Revelations” will close each performance. 

Virginia Key GrassRoots Festival of Music, Art and Dance

Florida Arcade & Pinball Exposition

Where: Mardi Gras Casino, 831 N. Federal Hwy., Hallandale Beach 

More than 250 pinball and video game machines from private collectors all around the state of Florida, all free to play (with admission) plus retro and modern PC and console gaming.

Model Beach Volleyball Tournament

‘The Phantom of the Opera’

9 Mile Music Festival
