The International Polo Club offers an unparalleled experience of excitement, drama, competition, and hospitality. For 17 weeks, players, ponies, and enthusiasts descend upon Wellington for the pounding of horses’ hooves, the solid click of a mallet on ball, the pop of a champagne cork, and the exciting revelry of thousands of fans united every Sunday. The Sunday Champagne Brunch has become the ultimate destination for a celebrity-studded day of gourmet food, fine champagne, high fashion, and top flight polo. The lavish brunch features over eighty gourmet items, drink tickets, and a champagne toast at the Lilly Pulitzer Patio at The Pavilion. Upgrade to exclusive seating in the Veuve Clicquot Lounge, the Coco Polo Lounge with premium amenities and seating, or from private boxes and elegant grandstands.
There are four premium experiences to enjoy:
- Coco Polo Lounge – New for 2016, this exclusive area features a renovated vintage 1964 British, double-deck bus with a second-floor sky lounge, upscale, stylish field-side tables, and lounge seating. The lounge includes the Sunday VIP Brunch, champagne toast, and drinks, along with preferred seating at the high-octane after-party following the match. Limited to 50 guests. - Lilly Pulitzer Patio – New for 2016, the Sunday champagne brunch crowd has been captivated by the stylish, bright-colored, Lilly-patterned linens, lush green topiaries, and floral centerpieces that adorn this private area for some fascinating people-watching. - Veuve Clicquot Airstream Lounge – This exclusive brunch and polo viewing area includes an upgraded lounge area featuring trendsetting décor that personifies Madame Clicquot’s famous bright yellow branding with signature umbrellas, linens, and accessories. The lounge includes the lavish Sunday Brunch, the Pavilion reception, and a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Champagne at your table. Price: $340 for two from March – April. Sponsored by Veuve Clicquot.
- Funky Buddha Beer Garden – New for 2016, this award-winning Florida brewery brings trendy craft beer along with a charming garden complete with a flowing Buddha fountain, interactive games, and a custom Polo Blonde ale that is light and refreshing. A selection of craft beers is sold from the hip silver vintage BeerStream, along with soft drinks and an inspired pretzel charcuterie appetizer. The gate opens at 1:30pm, brunch service starts at 2pm, and the polo match starting at 3pm. The Pavilion features a high-energy after-party with live entertainment.
