Si Papa at 3190, the tiny Italian restaurant that only serves lasagna for $15 in Coconut Grove, is closing.

The restaurant from 84 Magic Hospitality and Kush Hospitality opened in the summer of 2025 as a pop-up companion to serve the spillover customers of the nearby and wildly popular Cotoletta, which opened in October 2024.

Cotoletta also serves only one entree, veal Milanese, a concept that did so well in Miami that owners Ignacio Lopez Mancisidor, Mattia Cicognani and Andrea Fraquelli opened a second location in Miami Beach at the end of 2025. Both Cotoletta locations will remain open, as will the brand’s other Italian restaurant San Lorenzo in Miami.

Magic 84 announced the Si Papa closing on social media, thanking Kush Hospitality for use of the space, which used to be Vicky’s House, a retro milkshake bar with a kitschy 1980s design. The post noted, however, that the “bittersweet” closing is “an arrivederci, not goodbye” and that the brand is looking for a new location.

The restaurant, which closes June 28, will offer a special for the next two weeks: A bottle of wine and two lasagnas for $55.

“Come celebrate with us before we close this chapter,” the post read.
