The team behind Kosaka, a Michelin-starred sushi bar in New York’s Greenwich Village, is bringing an elevated omakase experience to Surfside.

Inoshin, from husband-and-wife restaurant duo Kihong Kim and Mihyun Han, is now open at the historic Hemingway Tower at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club..

The tower is normally a members-only space, but this nine-month residency will be open to the public. The space has 16 seats including the six-seat sushi counter.

Chef Shinichi Inoue, who has worked at Kosaka and also at his own Sushi Inoue in New York, will guide diners through the omakase menu, which will include Japanese small plates and nigiri and conclude with miso soup, dessert and Japanese tea. The $200 omakase meal can also be paired with wine, sake or cocktails.

Inoshin will be open at the tower through August 2025 and will more to its permanent location at the new Seaway at The Surf Club in November 2025.
