What do you want to eat and where do you want to eat it? Those are the main questions to answer in regards to the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, which just announced its lineup for 2025.

Tickets are now on sale for the 24th annual festival, which runs from Feb. 20-23 at venues around Miami and Miami Beach, featuring more than 100 wine-and-food related events including intimate dinners, walk-around tastings, brunches, late night parties, master classes and appearances by stars from the Food Network.

The 2025 festival features many familiar highlights, including the return of Rachael Ray as the host of the 18th annual Burger Bash on Miami Beach (she hosted the first Burger Bash in 2007 and returned to the 2024 Burger Bash as well). Aaron Sanchez is back, too: He’ll host the popular (and extremely fun) Tacos & Tequilas event on Miami Beach.

And as always, there will be Guy Fieri sightings. This year he’s hosting the Tournament of Champions, a culinary battle pitting four previous tournament winners against each other.

Some of the new events include Alex vs. Miami, with Alex Guarnaschelli and Eric Adjepong from “Alex vs. America,” a late-night dance party and chef competition; Tyler Florence’s Masters of, which highlights the joys of grilling and outdoor cooking; and a new grand finale event, Asian Night Market, with Andrew Zimmern, Jet Tila and Aarti Sequeira, which ends the festival and includes a performance by Rev Run.

There are events celebrating local culinary stars, too, including the return of Noche Cubana with Michelle Bernstein, David Martinez and Gio Gutierrez; a Miami Bakery Brunch with Zak Stern of Zak the Baker; and Taste of Paradise with Niven Patel and Mohamed Alkassar, who in addition to helming Ghee Indian Kitchen and Erba recently opened the island-centric restaurant Paya on Miami Beach.

This year’s tribute dinner, to be held Feb. 22 at the Loews Miami Beach, will honor chef Dominique Crenn and vintner Gerard Bertrand. Last year’s tribute dinner was dedicated to Italian chef Massimo Bottura, whose restaurant Torno Subito opened in downtown Miami in August atop the Julie & Henry’s food hall.

All proceeds from the festival benefit the Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Florida International University.
