You may not be heading to the French Riviera this summer, but one of Miami’s Michelin-starred restaurants is going to do its best to transport you there in spirit.

Le Jardinier, located in the Design District under its sister restaurant L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, has transformed its patio into a summer garden where the rosé will flow all summer long.

If you’ve spent the long, hot summer in Miami, you will understand why this is of supreme importance.

The restaurant, which earned a Michelin star earlier this month, will host an evening happy hour in the garden, featuring the Château d’Esclans portfolio of rosés, including the ever-popular Whispering Angel. Magnums of Whispering Angel, Rock Angel, and Garrus rosés will be available during Sunday brunch at special prices. Expect live music in the style of the clubs along the French Riviera.

The garden will also have a special summer menu with items like sweet corn ravioli with chanterelles and toasted hazelnuts and grilled swordfish with golden tomato and saffron coulis, green beans and black olive crumble, inspired by the classic Nicoise salad.

The summer garden even has a limited-time rosé cocktail. The low-alcohol Beach Rosé, created by head bartender Ruben Rolon, is made up of cold brew jasmine tea, dry vermouth, Creme de Peche and Palm Rosé. If you need proof you’re in good hands cocktailwise, know this: the Michelin Guide awarded Rolon the Exceptional Cocktails Award for his ingenuity.

Le Jardinier is led by Chef Alain Verzeroli and describes itself as a “vegetable-forward” restaurant (not to be confused with vegetarian — you’ll find seafood, steak and chicken on the menu). You can order a la carte or try the tasting menu for $135.
