Their Groot Hospitality venture is called Gekkō, and will take over the Katsuya space at SLS Lux Brickell Tower.

The Japanese steakhouse (which means “moonlight”) will all about great food and vibey atmosphere, just like Grutman’s other local hotspots such as Komodo, Swan and Papi Steak.

Gekkō’s menu will be a meat lover’s dream, highlighted by prime cuts, Wagyu beef and flamed- seared steak courses, prepared tableside. There will also be space for the pescatarians in your life, with a six-seat Omakase bar.

Designed by the award winning Rockwell Group (the Moxy), Gekkō’s decor is best described in a release as “luxurious yet contemporary.” Think graphic wall coverings, jewel tones, golden light and natural wood accents.

The sure to be way Instagrammable spot is slated to open late July.

So why did Bad Bunny, 28, decide to get into the restaurant industry? The answer is the obvious one: The guy likes to dine out.

“My career constantly brings me out on the road,” the singer told Page Six in a statement. “When I’m traveling, the days are full. Touring, meetings, interviews, filming. What I look forward to most, when all of this is done, is going out to eat at a nice restaurant. For me, it’s rewarding. I am passionate about food and David is a perfect partner.”

You can next check out the Puerto Rican trap artist in South Florida when he does two back to back shows Aug. 12 and 13 on his World’s Hottest Tour at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens.
