Macarons with your selfie? This new bakery near Aventura is an Instagrammer’s paradise
Those with a sweet tooth who understand that best things come in small packages will want to zoom right over to a newly opened bakery in North Miami Beach.
Housed in a Cinderella-like pink building on West Dixie Highway near Aventura, Lolita Dessert Club is more than a bakery, it’s an Instagrammer’s pretty in pink paradise.
From the cheerful, whimsical fairytale like exterior to the bright interior, complete with giant wings and a grand piano as props, this place is a win-win for selfie fans.
For sugar aficionados, too.
About the food: Pastel colored macarons are the jam, as are gooey monster cookies and sprinkle-covered bon-bons. Boba tea, too.
After your selfies, take your sweets outside into the pleasant courtyard shared with funky coffeehouse The Alchemist next door. Then take a few more; they may even repost what you got.
The eatery’s Instagram page is a site to behold, filled with photos of luscious offerings, which come in adorable logo boxes for takeout (macarons start at $23 for six). You’ll notice a recurring hashtag: #teampink.
