There’s a new Bulla Gastrobar in town — and Kendall has reason to celebrate.

The third outpost of the restaurant famous for its tapas is now open at The Falls, serving the Spanish delicacies that delight diners in Doral and Coral Gables.

You won’t be able to eat inside just yet, due to Miami-Dade’s closing of all indoor restaurant spaces on July 8 due to a massive spike in COVID-19 cases.

But the outdoor area is open for business, serving Bulla favorites like Huevos Bulla with eggs, homemade potato chips, Serrano ham, potato foam and truffle oil . Also on the menu Serrano ham croquetas with fig jelly and Patatas Bravas, with crispy potato cubes, spicy brava sauce and aioli.

If you don’t mind sharing, you can order larger plates, such as the paella mixta with rice, calamari, clams, shrimp, fish, chicken sofrito de calamar and saffron.

Indoor dining is not yet open at the new Bulla Gastrobar in Kendall, but there is outdoor dining as well as takeout options.

“The opening of Bulla Gastrobar at The Falls marks a significant moment for our brand,” said Carlos Centurion, president and founder of Centurion Restaurant Group, in a press release. “Although we are undergoing challenging times, we are excited to open Bulla, and taking all the safety measures for the community to enjoy a one of-a-kind experience in a safe environment.”

Bulla Gastrobar will also offer a Miami Spice menu for outdoor dining or to go. Many restaurants are offering Miami Spice To Go options due to the coronavirus pandemic.
