Here’s how to get free lunch for your kids all summer long at Pollo Tropical
Pollo Tropical wants to keep helping you feed the kids this summer.
The fast-casual, Miami-based chain restaurant is extending its Free Kids Lunch Program, which started in May when schools were shut down during the coronavirus pandemic. The brand wanted to help families who rely on school meal programs and no longer had access to them.
“Being there for Florida families is what Pollo Tropical has represented for over 30 years, and we are proud to extend this program through the summer to help our communities impacted by the current health crisis recover,” said Patricia Lopez-Calleja, senior vice president of Guest Engagement for Fiesta Restaurant Group, parent company of Pollo Tropical, in a press release.
The free meal program offers one Kids Classic Tropichop with chicken, rice and beans, plus a small bottle of water for all kids 12 and under who are present (this means you can’t get a free meal for a child who’s not with you). You don’t need to make another purchase or present a coupon or promotional code to get the deal.
You do, however, have to order it at the drive-thru between 11 a.m.-noon on weekdays through the rest of the summer.
