This Michelin-star chef is bringing his famous fried chicken to Miami restaurant

Chef Thomas Keller is famous for Michelin-starred restaurants like French Laundry and Per Se.

But he’s also famous for his fried chicken - coveted in his Yountville, California restaurant Ad Hoc - and it is finally making an appearance here in Miami.

It’s all part of Fried Chicken Mondays at The Surf Club Restaurant in Surfside.

The $42 special will include three pieces of the famous buttermilk fried chicken plus two of the sides famous in Yountville, included baked macaroni and cheese and collard greens.

There’s also a gluten-free version made with Keller’s Cup4Cup gluten-free flour.
