Get sated at SAIA as the Fort Lauderdale restaurant rolls out a host of new dishes. New items include

  • Rice cracker tuna – seared tuna-sushi roll with crushed rice crackers, tahini and avocado aioli
  • Mongolian BBQ lamb lollipops – farm-raised New Zealand lamb topped with Mongolian BBQ sauce
  • Miso filet
  • Green bean salad (pictured)
  • SAIA stirfry – bok choy and forest mushrooms tossed lightly in an Asian port with choice of tofu or tenderloin
