Dine in the Dark
Expand your sensory awareness Friday (Aug 5) as Catharsis offers a dining in the dark menu from 6-9pm. Served in a pitch-dark dining room, the three-course menu by chefs Hernan Stutzer and Alberto Llano includes warm watercress salad with candied almonds, grilled apricots, Stilton cheese and balsamic vinaigrette; grilled corvina with guava emulsion and shoestring fries and chocolate soufflé with Kahlua reduction.
