Barú Urbano, 1001 S. Miami Ave., Miami, offers brunch guests unlimited sangria, mojitos and Bloody Marys to accompany an a la carte menu that includes a make-your-own entree station ($12) with fixings like red and black beans, shredded meat, chicken, chorizo, chicarron and eggs.
