Blue Door Fish
One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish – seafood hits the Delano this month as the Collins Ave hotel replaces French fusion Blue Door with the more casual, seafood-centric Blue Door Fish. Menu categories created by chef Claude Troisgros include raw bar, maki, fish & shellfish and meat & fowl. Highlights include Loup Cajou (pan seared Chilean seabass), Dover Sole, sesame crusted tuna tataki roll, scallops a la plancha and boeuf Gorgonzola. Blue Door Fish dishes out breakfast, brunch, lunch & dinner and has already seated a celeb or two – the Miami Heat’s Chris Bosh toasted victory at the spot last weekend.
