Brickell gets a bit more seafood-friendly this week as Truluck’s opens its latest location on Wednesday. The national chain serves fresh fish, Florida stone crabs and antibiotic and hormone-free beef, pork and lamb. Managing partner Ilde Quintero reports that the restaurant fishes the Gulf of Mexico daily for fresh catch and it will “NEVER serve frozen Florida stone crab.”
