- Area 31 joins the Gulf relief efforts this week with the launch of its “We Cook While They Clean” fundraiser. $1 from every oyster primi dish will be donated to the Gulf Relief Foundation. Chef Giogrio Rapicavoli is wooing locals and visitors with dishes like Andalusian gazpacho, shrimp ceviche and pizza provencal. - The Fontainebleau is wooing foodies with a trio of $54 prix-fixe menus at Gotham, Hakkasan & Scarpetta. Each restaurant is changing its menu weekly, with such highlights as Maine lobster bisque, yellowfin tuna tartare & shrimp and summer corn risotto (Gotham); smoked ribs salad, dim sum platter & black pepper ribeye (Hakkasan); and Mediterranean branzino, east coast monk fish and spice roasted chicken (Scarpetta).
