Local celeb chef Jonathan Eismann expands his Design District empire today as Fin opened its seafood-centric doors next to sister restaurant Q American Barbeque. At 5 p.m. Monday, June 28, Eismann sounded calmly optimistic and reported the reservation list full for the evening.
