Lunch ($23): Enjoy a Tequeno with guava chipotle sauce or the soup of the day as your appetizer, then pick between grilled mahi with fennel mojito, paired with yuca mangu and roasted mini peppers, or prime churrasco ‘encebollado’ with jasmine rice and fries. For dessert, enjoy arroz con leche de coco brulee or mamey sorbet.

Dessert is a choice between coconut flan and passion fruit sorbet.
Dinner ($39): Start your meal by choosing one of five Miami Spice tapas. Then choose between black grouper with yukon gold potatoes, rabbit confit with salmorejo sauce, fresh pasta with cjicken and shaved truffle, braised oxtail with bomba rice, or Atlantic salmon with lemon cream.
