Learn to grill from an Argentine master
Grill wonks, take note: Here’s your chance to learn from a master.
Chef Francis Mallman, the reigning gaucho grillmaster and Argentine super chef founder of Los Fuegos in the Faena Hotel, is hosting a pair of grilling classes this summer at his luxurious South Beach haven.
If you’ve got a measly $285 lying around (tax not included), Mallman will share his secrets for grilling over an open flame, autograph a copy of his latest book, “Mallman on Fire,” and lay out a fire-grilled feast.
