Now Closed: The Oceanaire Seafood Room. Coming Soon to Mary Brickell Village: "Another Landry's concept"
One of the first restaurants to open in Mary Brickell Village in 2006, The Oceanaire Seafood Room is no more. We spoke with a rep there who told us that the lease is up and they are preparing to transition into “another Landry’s concept.” For those unfamiliar, Landry’s is a huge conglomeration of restaurant chains including Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Morton’s, Charley’s Crab and Mastro’s. No specifics were given on what’s to come. Stay tuned.
