Forget pancakes and French toast, Klima is about to get all Catalonian on brunch with the debut of their “Arroz con Amigos” this Saturday, July 25th, from 12-4pm. The upscale restaurant (which garnered a three-and-half-star review earlier this year) will present three different types (a meat, fish or vegetable variety) of the rice-based dish, all cooked on three separate oversized frying pans placed on an open flame, known as “Paelleras” – the traditional pan used for cooking Paella in Spain.
Executive Chef David “Rusti” Rustarazo will be dishing out the bottomless rice dish himself, as guests partake from a salad buffet and house made Sangria – all for a price of $50 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). A live flamenco guitarist will add to the Barcelona-styled affair.
