OTC closes in Brickell after 3-year run

The latest Miami restaurant fatality is Brickell’s OTC, whose last day in biz is June 21. Owner Michael Sullivan says he’s working on a new concept, “unparalleled in Brickell,” with a “stellar” new chef, to open later this summer. 

OTC will make its exit with an all-day Farewell Friday celebration on June 19, featuring $5 select craft beers, and a Father’s Day brunch from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday the 21st.  

“OTC has had a great run – built up a bunch of praise and loyal regulars who we love – and I couldn’t be happier,” Sullivan says. “But I’m ridiculously excited about this next concept, my talented new chef and the incredible way we’re weaving in my obsession with rare, seasonal and limited-release craft beers. This is something the city needs and I think Miami will love it!”
