La Mar by Gaston Acurio: Chef Diego Oka will serving up the restaurant’s Peruvian-inspired Sunday Brunch from 12-3:30 p.m. featuring dishes such as the Churrasco a Lo Pobre with ribeye angus beef, chimichurri, beans and rice tacu-tacu, egg, and fried banana and the Lomo Saltado and Fried Egg with angus beef, stir fried potatoes, red onions, tomatoes, soy sauce, cilantro, aji Amarillo, rice. Families dining at La Mar are invited to participate in an Easter Egg Hunt on Mandarin Oriental’s private white sand beach from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. The Easter Bunny will also greet children in our waterfront lobby from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. for photos. Regular pricing of USD 85 or USD 120 will remain, with both options still providing unlimited brunch cocktails and champagne.
