Opening February 19 is Coya, (not to be confused with Wynwood taco spot Coyo), a London-based Peruvian restaurant that, according to a press release, “marries abundant ingredients native to Peru with modern fresh approaches” as seen in ceviche, tiraditos, antichuchos and more. There’s also a Pisco bar that will serve, cough, “bespoke” Piscos. In laymen’s terms, that’s ‘made to order.’ Click here for a glimpse at London’s signature tasting menu.
