Biscayne Bay’s Saison won me over when I first tasted it, and it’s quickly become a favorite among the brewery’s core offerings. Also check out the newly tweaked Miami Pale Ale, which boasts a grapefruit-rind bitterness that tops off a hefty malt base.
Look for Biscayne Bay’s tap room to open in the next few months at 8000 NW 25th St. For more information: biscaynebaybrewing.com.
