Italian-born Angelo Elia cooked in New York before opening Casa D’Angelo in Fort Lauderdale in 1998. He’s since opened sister restaurants in Boca Raton and Paradise Island, Bahamas, as well as Angelo Elia Pizza, Bar, Tapas in Fort Lauderdale, Weston, Coral Springs and Delray Beach.
