The all-you-can-eat brunch includes over 30 items in their buffet, with everything from a raw bar, an omelet station, and house made desserts. Live jazz music is on hand to accompany the $65 brunch (kids up to age 12 are $30), which includes traditional Italian fare like a selection of antipasti, fig and prosciutto crostini, salmon carpaccio and various meats and cheeses. For entrees, guests can choose between a sweet dish like the Ricotta e Mela Pancakes (apple and ricotta cheese pancakes with lemon cream and toasted almonds) or something savory, like the Sea Bass Benedict (grilled sea bass served over homemade focaccia, poached egg, Hollandaise sauce and asparagus). At Lightkeepers at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, guests can savor an expansive menu created by Chef Raul Del Pozo.
