BurgerIM Miami opens with free burgers made of gold (sort of)

BurgerIM Miami is poised for total burger domination in  South Florida. The chain opens the first of 65 stores with a Grand Opening Burger Ball celebration from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24.

The new Flagler Street location will be serving one free Uno Combo Burger. Expect a special appearance by DJ Irie from 2-3 p.m. and ribbon cutting ceremony by Miami city officials. If that’s not enough for you, you can also RSVP to events@thegabgroup.com to attend an exclusive “Red Carpet Burger Ball” cocktail party from 6-9 p.m. They are really doing the most.

The grand opening special burger is The Irie Burger, made with wagyu beef, house sauce, avocado, fried egg, pepper jack cheese and -yep – edible gold leaf. There’s even an Irie Party Box featuring some of the chain’s greatest hits. Check out the full BurgerIM menu here.

And it’s not like you’re being frivolous or reckless on a Tuesday. As a part of BurgerIM’s commitment to the local community, from Oct. 24-Nov. 24th, $1 from every Irie Burger and $5 from every Irie Party Box sold will benefit the IRIE Foundation, amounting to a generous 15 percent of grand opening month sales.
