SooWoo to sling late-night noodles, weekend dim sum in South Beach
SooWoo is getting ready to open this month in the former Outback Steakhouse at 555 Washington Ave. in South Beach.
Cook your own proteins, including wagyu beef, on in-table grills, or let the kitchen do the work.
SooWoo also will have a late-night noodle menu, weekend dim-sum brunch and an Asian-inspired cocktail program featuring drinks like a kimchi bloody mary.
The restaurant is owned by Bok An, the chef who also ran the former SooWoo Japanese-Korean steakhouses in Doral and Hollywood. For this new SooWoo, chef Bryan Emperor has been tapped to bring more South Beach pizzazz to the menu.
