STK Miami restaurant to reopen after long slumber
After a closing in 2013 for a long “disco nap,” STK Miami, as promised, is reopening Friday, Dec. 12, this time in the space formerly known as Philippe at The Gansevoort, The Perry, a big mess, and now as 1 Hotel and Homes.
Not much has changed except the decor, it seems. Same chef (Aaron Taylor, plus a chef de cuisine, Eli Jackson, formerly of Meat Market), same menu featuring signature dishes such as the bite-size lil’ BRGs made with wagyu beef, lobster mac & cheese, foie gras french toast and more meat. STK
Miami will have a grand reopening party on Dec. 11 and will be open for full service the next day.
