This one’s short and sweet–especially for 50 Eggs, which has just hired the youngest US Michelin star recipient Danny Grant, who came to Miami in 2014 for a shortlived stint at 1826 Restaurant & Lounge, to “head up two new concepts” for the growing culinary coop right here in Miami.
