50 Eggs guest chef dinner features Macchialina's Michael Pirolo

The 50 Eggs Guest Chef Series, the one-of-a-kind culinary collaboration featuring acclaimed talents from within the industry, returns for a one-night-only collab at Swine Southern Table & Bar with Italian comfort food impressario Chef Michael Pirolo of Macchialina, on Thursday, October 23 at 7pm.

The five-course menu includes a welcome cocktail as well as paired wines with dishes of Cornbread Panzanella with rock shrimp, Swine Rib Ravioli, Southern Spiced Porchetta and a dessert of tiramesu paired with Panther Coffee granita and a “Swine Old Fashioned.”
